Tuesday, October 9, 6:oo p.m. - 7:3o p.m.

Historical Society staff members will provide an overview of best practices for handling, preserving, and displaying your books, documents, and other paper-based treasures. The program will include some hands-on demonstrations of simple techniques aimed at keeping your collections safe and secure. Attendees are encouraged to bring a torn document, map or book to work with during the demonstration. Supplies will be provided and objects from the collection will be used as examples.
