The Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York, Inc. (A.R.T.) is excited to announce that the 2026 New York Archives Week Symposium and Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday, October 23rd at the American Museum of Natural History.

This year’s theme, “Envisioning Metropolis: The Future of New York City’s Past Today,” will shape a full day of programming, conversations, and critical reflections on how archives can prepare for the future, and how we might imagine that future together.
