This event is part of a series of events titled CUNY in the Bronx. CUNY in the Bronx will guide the uninitiated between Bronx Community College, Lehman College, and Hostos Community College to illustrate Bronx’s rich intellectual legacy. Come and gain a deeper understanding of this overlooked yet vital area of New York City as well as learn more about CUNY’s role in enriching the lives of Bronx residents. The series consists of public lectures and events and a collaborative digital exhibit entitled Bronx 100, which highlights archival material from the archives at Hostos and BCC documenting CUNY’s impact on higher education in the Bronx. These events are co-sponsored by the Bronx Community College, Hostos Community College, Lehman College and the Bronx Tourism Council.
