ART Holiday Party

Registration

  • For current ART Members, all levels, except Sustaining (see below for Sustaining Members). Please pay online via Credit Card or Pay Pal account. For manual payment, please register and email programming@nycarchivists.org
  • For those not currently a member of ART. Please pay online via Credit Card or Pay Pal account. For manual payment, please register and email programming@nycarchivists.org
  • ART Sustaining Members receive gratis entrance to the ART Holiday Party for them and a guest. You must be a current Sustaining Member to receive this benefit. Additional guests are at $10.00 each. Email programming@nycarchivists.org with any questions.

ART Holiday Party (with special election called by Board of Directors)

Wednesday, December 12, 2012, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
(Voting for ART members will be open from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

Warburg Lounge, 92nd Street Y
Hors d'Oeuvres and beverages will be served.
(Complete location details will be provided with confirmed registration)

Online Registration Required. Please register by Monday, December 10, 2012.  There are no refunds – your registration dollars help support ART work and programs.
  • Members (Regular, Sponsor, Honorary, Student, Friends of ART) $10.00
  • Sustaining Members: Free for Member and One Guest (choose the Sustaining Member option to receive this benefit)
  • Non-Members and Member Guests: $10.00

PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to pay online, simply choose "Online" to pay by Credit Card or Pay Pal account.  Attendees may also opt to pay at the door instead of using Pay Pal.  Please bring either exact cash or a check made out to the Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York if you prefer to pay at the registration table.

ART will once again be participating in a holiday gift drive for those in need. This year we will be donating to the Huntington-based Toys of Hope (http://www.toysofhope.org/), with all donations going to families affected by Hurricane Sandy.  Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped gift, preferably a toy or clothing item appropriate for a child or teenager, in its original packaging.  Gift cards to a large all-purpose store such as Wal-Mart or Target are also welcome.  All donated items will later be delivered by ART members to Toys of Hope.
