Registration

  • For current A.R.T. Members, all levels, except Sustaining (see below for Sustaining Members). Please pay online via Credit Card or Pay Pal account.
  • For NARA NYC staff members. Use registration code NARA. Valid NARA I.D. must be shown upon admission in order to receive this benefit.
  • For those not currently a member of A.R.T. Please pay online via Credit Card or Pay Pal account.
  • A.R.T. Sustaining Members receive gratis entrance to the A.R.T. Holiday Party for them and a guest. You must be a current Sustaining Member to receive this benefit. Additional guests are at $10.00 each. Email programming@nycarchivists.org with any questions.

The Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York, Inc. (A.R.T.) is pleased to announce its annual Holiday Party!

Please join your A.R.T. colleagues and friends to celebrate the holiday season and the coming new year!  Hors d'Oeuvres and beverages will be served.

ADMISSION

Members (Regular, Sponsor, Honorary, Student, Friends of A.R.T.): $15.00  


Sustaining Members: Free for Member and One Guest (choose the Sustaining Member option to receive this benefit)


Non-Members and Member Guests: $15.00

Please be advised that there are no refunds; your registration dollars go towards supporting future A.R.T. programming and events.

Online Registration Required.  Please register no later than midnight on Tuesday, December 3rd.  Please note that you MUST pay in advance online in order to attend this year's party.  (You DO NOT need to have or create a PayPal account to pay online).  If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please email programming@nycarchivists.org.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
A.R.T. will also be hosting a Speed Networking Hour at this year's party!  This is an excellent opportunity for students and new professionals to informally meet and connect with established professionals in the archives field.  Speed Networking will begin at 6:30 PM and will go into the beginning of the party, ending at 7:30 PM.  If you are interested in participating in the Speed Networking Hour, either as a mentor or mentee, please email programming@nycarchivists.org.

A.R.T. will also once again be participating in a holiday gift drive for those in need.  This year we will again be donating to Toys of Hope, a local charity providing books, toys, clothing, and other items to needy children and their families.  Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped book, toy, or clothing item appropriate for a child or teenager in its original packaging.  Gift cards to large all-purpose stores such as Wal-Mart or Target are also welcome.  A.R.T. Board members will deliver all gifts to Toys of Hope shortly following the party.
